Well Arsenal dropped two points yesterday and my friend bailed on me as usual in the evening, but between those two events my bride and I visited the perfect venue for our wedding (ceremony and reception). The place in question, the Capitol Theatre in Chambersburg. They have an excellent ballroom and a stage where we will tie the knot. We also have the option of playing a movie during the reception, my first choice would be "Blade Runner," but i don't think that will fly so we decided to go with our theme and have them show the Disney Short "A Midsummer Night's Dream," starring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. I'm cool with that too, because I am a major Disney freak. This place screams vodka rocks, maybe Ketel One instead of my usual Stoli. I think our signature cocktail is going to be a Sour Appletini, and for beer I am going to go with Miller Lite, bottles of course.
Oh yeah, the best part about the venue is that our wedding will be the headline on the Marquee out front of the theatre. it's real old school, and awesome. so we are kicking around the idea of sending out movie "tickets" with the invitations for our guests to gain admission to the theatre.
